Question Need help with CS:GO & Battlefield 1 lag spikes ?

Battlefield 1 have lag spikes about 5 minutes when i start playing and then they disappears and csgo they don’t, it’s keep lagging the whole match. CPU and GPU usage and thermals are ok. These started 3 days ago, before everything was fine. Other games have no problem.
drivers are updated.
playing 1440p 165hz
Hope you understand it starts annoying me

i7 9700k 5ghz
RTX 3070ti
32gb ram
750w psu

Do you cycle your router before playing online, i.e. turn router off for a minute then back on? Check your internet speed before playing to make sure you are getting proper speed. What resolution and refresh rate are you playing at? Cpu is overclocked, is the gpu overclocked?
