need help with disabling on board sound card using device manager

I am adding a new soundcard, and everything so far says to uninstall the onboard sound card.
So I found the Sound Video & Game Control under the Device Manager
However there are 3 different entries there:
Bluetooth Audio Device
Intel Display Audio
Realtek High Definition Audio


Do I uninstall all of them?
Are any still needed?
Once uninstalled are they gone forever (if I have trouble with the soundcard and have to revert back to the old system)

The onboard would be the Realtek
Intel is the gpu's hdmi one and BT should be self explanitory.

You can disable the realtek in the bios and delete it from device manager.
