Hi I am not sure what to exactly do for managing my disks as I am new to all this, but I have a ssd on my laptop and I am trying to to add on or "merge" the data from one disk, (disk 1) to my C drive (Disk 0) for more space as I am running out of space on my C drive. Please help me if you know what I can do and hopefully I won't have to reinstall Windows or anything. :C

(Oh yeah and just fyi disk 2 is just an external hard drive I connected.)

Solution
I would not merge an SSD with another drive, particularly a HDD.

Remove data files and large programs and reinstall them to a HDD. Also, if you haven't done so delete the hibernation file, clean out the restore points, set a fixed and perhaps smaller paging file. Also, download and run the free version of CCleaner to clear caches and temp folders.

97% is way to full for an SSD.
