Need help with Fans. Which one I should buy?

Hi, I'm going to buy a fan, but I'm not sure whether to buy the Cougar Vortex or Cougar CFD.
The thing is, the cfd says that it works by HB while the Vortex by Hyper-Spin. Sincerely, I don't know what HB stands for, I suppose is Hydraulic Bearing or sth like that, but I don't understand how it works neither.
If someone could help me I'll be very grateful.

Noctua fans are the best if you don't mind their dull appearance. Not sure about Cougars... fan reviews are elusive. I speak from 20 years of experience.

I'd go with the sp120 fans or af140 they are quiet and high performing and look great

Cougar makes solid fans, I have four Vortex HBD fans in my case and everything runs cool and quiet. Honestly, I believe you'll achieve good performance with either fan so if you're willing to use cost and aesthetics to make your decision then go for it.
