Ok, got my new 300r case a few days ago, and it comes with two fans, and put a fan I had from my own computer at the top,, i recently remembered today that my old computer had 1 more fan that i forgot.. and I noticed one of my hard drives where getting in the 40'S so I put that fan under the 140MM what came with the case, so it was over those hard drive bays. i can now say hard drive there is getting way cooler, what is a good sign, my current set up for fans (not sure if wrong) but basically two of my front fans are INTAKES so it blows cold air into the system and my 2 other fans, back and, top, are the exhausts fans, I was wanting to add more fans, as this case supports 7, I currently have room for 1 more top fan, and 2 more side fans, I was just going to make 2 sides fans intakes, and top 1... exhausts , so in total that would be, 4 INTAKES and 3 exhausts fans, please tell me if this is right or wrong..

also I have no more fan headers, I know you can buy those things that make 1 fan connector into 4... or one that connects to the PSU, what Ill probably get.., but I need some input.

That is the most generally accepted pattern, yes. But keep in mind, the more fans, the more noise.

Yes you can add as many fans as you want to the PSU's Molex connector with an adapter. Fans are generally low wattage devices.
