I would like to know if the motherboard I am getting is good for the computer build I want (price, slots, etc.)

I did some research in the forums but wanted to get a personal response with the supplies I am getting/currently have.

The mobo I am planning on getting: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130574

My card is: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130610
My PSU is: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341022

The memory I plan on getting: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104239
The CPU I plan on getting: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115072&Tpk=intel%20i5%202500k
and finally the case I plan on getting: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129066

I am pretty sure this is a good setup, but I want to be 100% sure before spending this money.

Thanks.

That memory is 1.65 Volt memory. You might have compatibility problems. Get 1.5 volt memory instead. Any of the memory in this list will do fine:
