need help with FPS

don't know much about computers but recently i have been getting low FPS with my games. i have tried only 3 games since this issue and all of them aren't working. again, i'm not good with computers but all i really know is that i have a GTX1050TI and an i5. im also using windows 7

A psu cannot reduce fps.

Your issue is clear from your screenshot, you CPU is overheating and thermal throttling. You don't want your CPU going over 80c. Is the CPU fan still running and clear from dust? If yes then change the thermal paste.

As above, your CPU is overheating. Has nothing to do with your PSU.
I'd suspect a loose CPU cooler, or possibly no thermal paste.

Take it off, completely clean the thermal paste off the cooler and CPU, apply new paste, reassemble.
