Need Help with Free Sync

I have Free sync turned on in the AMD Software, and I am still getting really bad tearing within games. I have even tried the AMD windmill demo and have still gotten tearing. Anyone have a solution to this?

Freesync has a Hz range for the technology to work. Depends on the monitor. If you dip below or exceed it, you will get stuttering and tearing.

I have tried limiting the frame rate of my games so that it does not go over the limit. The frame rate also does not drop out of the range as well...

(My range for my monitor is 45-75hz)

Not sure at this point. If its enabled in software, is there a setting in monitor OSD as well? Is your monitor specific on HDMI or Displayport for freesync?

No, there is no freesync option in the osd and my monitor needs displayport for freesync

Ok, not sure at this point. I'm limited on freesync and gsync info. I'm guessing you already researched others with same monitor and GPU.
