So I just bought the WD Elements SE 1TB USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive WDBPCK0010BBK-NESN last week and since all my USB slots were full I found and old USB hub I have and plugged it in. As you can guess by the title, the hub fried my hard drive (my mp3 player too, bu it was cheap so I don't care). The drive still turns on. The light comes on and it starts working but then it just clicks a few times and I can't access the drive from my PC at all. This isn't the first external drive I've had fried and the others I simply opened up the case and they worked fine as internal drives, but this one is a portable drive and I have never seen the connectors this thing has. I looked at every cable I have and I got nothing that fits. I checked the warranty and it said the warranty is void if it has been opened. There's a chance they won't notice, but I was hoping one of you guys would know a way to fix the drive before I bother sending it back. The plug is some type of 12 prong thing, with 6 on top of 6. Never seen it before.

Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
