Need Help With fx9590

So its taken a long while and a lot of parts, so i will try to keep this punctual. Had a sabertooth v.1, had to replace my fx 4170, closest i could get to replace was the monstrous 9590. Stabilised it with a coolermaster 212 evo and disabling 4/8 corssand getting a corsair cx750m to power it. Recently upgraded with a Crosshair V formula Z, 2x8gb fury 1866 ram sticks. I am now getting peculiar freezes. E.g whilst I've got say Steam and skype open, I'll open maybe Chrome and it freezes to the point of needing a hard reset. So no dice. For easy reference I'm currently using 2x hyperx fury 8gb ram (new) at 1866mhz, amd fx9590 4.7ghz, crosshair v formula z (latest version)n hyper 212 evo cooler (managed it at full load but going to go for a big old noctua just for good measure.). I apoligise about the format but this is phone posted for obvious reasons. My plan of action at this point is a noctua, couple of extra case fans, and a 1000w psu just for good measure. However, with the freezing it means anything other than a bios temp check is impossible, and forget a memtest. Any ideas or at least confirmation of my own? EDIT: attempted my old 4 cores trick and im seeing immensely improved stability. Heat is drastically lower too. With that being said, cpu issue, psu issue, or heat issue, whats the best bet? Mega edit: tried at 6/8 cores and stable under stress test, only freezing after a long period of time. In short, more cores, quicker freeze. Thats the conclusion, thoughts?

Get a better PSU. The CX series from CoolerMaster are garbage especially for power hungry PC's like yours. Make sure you have the latest BIOS drivers.

Bios is all updated. It did improve stability but ultimately still unstable by a large margin.
