Hey, so im building a desktop for the first time but im unsure about what all components to use. I've configured one but I'm not sure if it will be capable of playing games like Battlefield 4, Skyrim, DayZ, Rust, etc. If anyone has any suggestions then please leave them. I'm building it from this site: http://pcspecialist.co.uk/ (Budget of £1000. Give or take £100)

Solution
My thoughts:

1. You always want a quality psu. I have no idea about the quiet 80. The corsair offered would be better.

2. A stronger graphics card would be appropriate to your cpu.

3. A budget like yours deserves a ssd for the "C" drive.

4. The cooler uses a small 92mm fan and is no better than the stock intel cooler.
Look for a cooler with a 120mm fan like the cm hyper212. It will cool better and be quieter.

5. You buy a "K" cpu because you plan on overclocking to unlocks 20% more cpu performance. If you do not plan on overclocking, you can buy equivalent performance for less.

I've played Skyrim on the best settings with a rig considerably less powerful than yours with no lag. The fans speed up considerably during graphics intensive moments, but no affect on performance:
i5-2500k
GeForce 560ti-1gb
8 GB RAM

I will say that I bought a 650W Kingwin (off-brand) PSU that forced my computer to shutdown whenever playing StarCraft II and I had to replace it with a 760W PSU that was considered better quality and I have not had any issues since. So I echo what has been said about not skimping on the PSU and go for something high quality, especially for your investment.
