I was wondering if anyone had any advice or better parts for my first pc build. I am hoping to play bf4 and other next gen games on ultra settings. I would like to stay around $1000.

-Downgraded to a FX-8320. You can easily overclock the 8320 to 8350 levels. Additionally, apart from the processor itself being cheaper, there's a combo deal with the 8320 and Asus M5A97 R2.0 at NCIX for -$75! Great combo deal.
-Added a SSD.
-Corsair 300R is on a great sale, making it the same price as the HAF 912.

Looks good, would go the Asus 280X, that's the one I picked up (great cooling and OCing), might go 1866/9 for the DRAM (running about the same price as 1600 and about tops for the FX CPUs.

At 1080p, these builds should max out BF4 at more than 60fps.
