My CPU is a i5 6500 3.2 GHz quad then a cool master hyper 212 cooler next a MSI z170 krait ATX motherboard with Kingston 8gb of memory and 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive then a MSI Radeon R9 390 8GB Video Card then the case a Thermaltake Commander MS-I Epic Edition (Black/Red) ATX Mid Tower Case Try to keep under $950 and any suggestions would be great and I do use PCPartPicker

First off, pairing a locked i5 with a Z170 board is kind of a waste of money, as the i5 6500 cannot overclock. You have enough budget, for a better gaming rig, than that.
