ok so i have a bare bones emachines pc i bought used that i want to play games with, as an ignorant user i wish to find what updates are needed for my computer to perform well, processor, ram and graphics?

I didn't know these thing still existing. I thought they went out with Gateway.

There isn't really much you can do, It's rocking a very old CPU, well APU. Which means that it's not built for handling heavy duty stuff. My recommendation is to get a new motherboard and CPU, along with a GP (RX 560 comes to mind).

That's just my three cents.
