I'm going to build a budget gaming pc and I can't decide what graphics card to get...

I've been looking at these cards:
GTX 960
R9 280X
GTX 970
R9 290
Which has the best price/performance ratio? is R9 280x better than gtx960? Is R9 290 better than gtx970?

Also I'm going to get an i5-4690K cpu and overclock it but can't decide on the mobo. Can you recommend any good mobos for overclocking that's under 120$

I've seen the 290 down lower then the 280X, so the 280X probably isn't a good idea. 960 is a good performer and doesn't use a lot of power, but it's weaker then the 280X. I haven't looked at the prices for the 960, but I hear it's high. Probably because it just came out. 290 vs 970 is probably the choice.

It depends what's your budget on a card 200-300 range anything between a 7950 and a 290 300-500 290x-680
500+ r9 295x2 close to a k but anything above that price isn't worth it tooo small of a diminishing return of price v performance to be worth it.
