For upgrading/building a PC go here: http://pcpartpicker.com/
It will alert you of any incompatibilities with your hardware.

What are you looking to do with your PC? If gaming, what games and what quality are you looking to play?

If you can I would recommend upgrading your CPU. I highly recommend Intel rather than AMD, but because you have an AMD CPU that probably means your motherboard isn't compatible with Intel.

If you don't want to get a new build then upgrade to a quad-core CPU that is compatible with your hardware.

You will probably need some more power also so you probably want to get a new PSU as well.

CSGO and the forest at med specs (or higher) does not require a beefy computer so you shouldn't need pricy parts.

What is your budget?
