need help with graphics card

can I upgrade my ''2 GB DDR3 Dedicated Graphics Memory AMD Radeon R5 M430 Graphics Card '' to 4 GB or better...please guys suggest me.

You have a laptop right? If it's integrated graphics and not actually a graphics card then it is designed to use system ram as shared memory. It can use up to a certain amount, but not more. So about the most you can do is make sure you have enough system ram to max out the amount shared with the M430 while at the same time having enough leftover for Windows.
