I need some advise on which kind of graphics card to get... I would like to spend around a $100 but can go up to around $200. I'm mostly partial to Nvidia cards, but I would prefer to buy something that has great performance and can last at least a few years... I got 3.5 yrs out of my SLI 7600 GT's but had to upgrade to my buddies old 8600 GT to play battlefield now I have to upgrade again to play CONAN because my frame rate will not stabilize (it goes from 3 to 40 to 3 FPS).... I'm looking forward to Crysis 2 and would like to be able to play it kicked all the way up(or at least close to..) and maybe a card with 3D compatibility, I was thinking about buying a 3D monitor.... I also don't know if I'm going to be limited by my system(it's kinda old) My current set-up is:
XFX 8600 GT GPU
Asus A8N SLI deluxe motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 dual core 4000+ overclocked to 2.64GHz CPU
SATA 250 GB Western Digital Caviar HDD
2 GB PC3200 400MHz DDR
Ultra Xfinity 500 watt ATX PSU
