Need help with gtx 680 tight screws

As the title says, the gpu has tight screws on it, some are a bit scraped off but other then that, what can i use to take these out? i want to replace the thermal paste before it gets really hot here. I live in Las Vegas to be exact, and it can get up to 120 here D:

Those screws probably have Loctite on the threads so that users do not remove them.

Use the card as-is; it will work fine - just make sure that the case has good air flow.

thanks for the speedy reply, and yes some do have it but since this card is atleast a year old, its comes off easily with a bit of force
