Need Help with H60 AIO Cooler, not running that cool

I've the corsair H60 aio cooler for sometime now and it has worked great, but i'm starting to have some problems. My CPU is running at 37C-39C(at idle), it used to be in the teens. I have checked the 3 pin connector that my pump is connected to and it seems to power my fans fine. The fan on my radiator is working well too. Ive also tried to feel if water is flowing through the tubing but i havent been able to tell since the tubing is kind of thick.

I doubt your temps were in the teens at idle unless you live in a fridge.
There is no possible way for temps to be lower than ambient.
What are your full specs and load temps, idle means nothing.

-A10-7850k
-Corsair H60
-ASRock FM2A88X EXTREME4+
-ASUS R9 270\
-CX 430
-2x4gb ripjaws DDR3 a600
-Corsair SPEC-01 case

i think under load im at 50C

Thats normal, the H60 isnt a great cooler in the first place, but those temps are fine.

Thank you i was just scared, good first time on tom's hardware will use again if needed
