Hello to everyone!
I would like to do 1080, AVCHD/MP4, h.264 Video Editing
I would also like to do Audio Recording
I would also like to do 2D cartooning

I'm confused on how I should set the drives up for a good, smart, efficient, way to work with these programs?
Plus what type of drive I should use and why? ( Reason, Size, Speed, etc... for each program/software?)

Below is my computer hardware and software I would be using.

Many thanks to all in advance with input, it is deeply appreciated!!!

Solution
First Windowsd 8.1 pro simply because WIN 7 is out of support in 2020

Next youve gone a bit crazy with the drive selection 😀
its better to have all the same size cause then you could use Raid effectively. But you cant due to the mixed bag. (if youve already bought them)

IF not well first i would RAID 1 the two 4TB drives as well as the 2 500 GB SDD, you would have the resiency in both setup and your HDD for big storage with your SSD for quick and fast storage.

In an ideal world you would Buy 4 2-3 TB drive and build a Raid 10 that would give you significant resiliency and performanence pluses, aroung 6TB usable andthen i would soft partition the Array Ibasically partition the drive in windows) (also very quick rebuild times). and...

I woullg change a few bits and pieces though.
1. PSU doesnt need to be so big and, i would reduce wattage and increase quality
2. 8th GEN i7 now offer SIX core which is something to really look into especially as its brand new.
3.maybe just me but maybe look into higher RES monitors increassed productivity (more screen space)
These are just suggestions of improvements.
