Need help with internet connection

We just switched internet service providers. Every other device in the house is working fine except for my laptop. It connects just fine to the internet but once I try to open a browser, it says that my computer is offline. The laptop works when I plug in an ethernet cord but the wifi doesn't, not sure if its a hardware or software problem

You may be talking about "connecting to the internet" about a different thing, since getting an error message that you are offline is NOT being connected fine to the internet.

If you do an ipconfig /all what is the IP of the network card?

So you are connecting to your wireless network successfully but you are not getting an internet connection. What hang-the-9 said about getting your IP of your wireless connection will help determine if you are properly configured on that laptop for wireless. Also, tell us your Gateway and DNS.
