Need help with jumpy screens / system please

Hi All,

I built my pc a few months back and decided to start playing eve online again.

However if i run 1 client with nothing else on the machine running its fine, however if i open firefox and play something on netflix i start to get jumpy screens and lagging.

I was hoping someone could help me with some ideas.
