need help with kingston kvr1330d3n9/4g

Hello I need help I have kingston kvr1330d3n9/4g numbers on it is 99u547-012.AoolF 0000005472275 L8Ct-j98cme-OWRD6 is this good ram. How can I know the speed of this I was going to get another 4 gig stick of it or should I just buy new ram and any help I could get like the speed and if newegg.ca still has it and if it is any good. would it bottle neck on a 4670k with a 7970 z79 mobo for arma 3 that and do you know if it is ddr3 and dual channel and if it is no good what ram should I get.

Guessing it's Kingston value DRAM or a derivitive thereof, from the base model, KVR1333D3N9/4G, which is a set of 2x2GB sticks....and yes they prob will work, but for a 4670K be much better off with a min of a set of 1600/9 which basically is entry level for Haswell CPUs....these have been around since about 2009....they roughly equate to a cheap set of 1600/10 or 11 sticks....and the 4GB is below tha accepted entry level point of 8GB...I'd look for a 2x4GB set of 1600/9 as a minimum
