Question Need help with laptop specs

Hello everybody!

Im looking for a laptop to use for gaming (CS:go) and would like to get high fps stable on low-medium quality settings @ 1980x1080. What is the most important specs to be looking into?
I got a budget on around 1050 US dollars so I know it wont be an end-game laptop.

I don't need more then 256 SSD.
What CPU and GPU would be most bang for the bucks?
I guess I would have to settle for 8 GB RAM - here I wonder if it matter if its 1x8GB or 2x4GB for performance?

Thank you for your reply! It looks really nice. Problem is I live in Sweden so I guess it would be problems with departure and taxes etc..
