Need Help With Laptop

I have a Acer Aspire and it won't let me past the acer screen. I have no idea how to work laptops.

No it's never done this before i just got it back from getting fixed. Its a acer aspire E1-531 now its making a beeping noise? ATAPI Model Name MATISHTA DVD-RAM UJ8EI.

How many beeps? Describe them in detail. Long beeps, short beeps? Beeps from startup are usually an error code. The number of beeps signaling what exactly the problem is.

We need a detailed description. Tell us what it was doing before you got it fixed, what exactly they said they did; and what you did to it after you got it back.

Its was just the buttons and a bit of the back that got fixed accidentally dropped it it was working fine then froze then wouldnt reboot. The beeping has gone now i turned it off and on. When i turn it on the acer screen comes on and says Preparing Automatic Repair the restarts again.
