need help with low fps pc

when i factory reset my pc i was getting close to 100fps in rocket league (2 months ago) now i barely get 45. i want to fix this problem asap as its been bugging me and because it has constantly been on my mind i stopped playing on my pc, at all.

8gb ram
rx560 sapphire 4gb oc
cx450m power supply

Firstly, check the temperature of your CPU when gaming, use something like CoreTemp or RealTemp.

You should still check the temps, often its caused by bad mounting or bad thermal paste application.
