Need help with memory specs. Which would you buy?

DDR3 1600 Mhz (PC3 12800) 1.5V CAS 9-9-9-24
DDR3 1866 Mhz (PC3 15000) 1.5V CAS 10-11-10-30
DDR3 2400 Mhz (PC3 19200) 1.65V CAS 11-13-13-31

How much of a difference between them?

FYI using DDR3 because mobo is a few years old

That would actually depend on;
a| How much each kit you've listed costs
b| What the make and model of your motherboard is
&
c| What the processor on your board is
?

If it's only capable of supporting DDR3-1600MHz rams, then anything higher will be down-clocked and a wasted investment, so to speak. Latency's ill all be dropped don to JEDEC specs i.e 9-9-9-24 or looser timings.
