Below is a PC I'm thinking of buying (Max budget of 1000$) for mid-level gaming.
I don't know much about technical PC stuff (I.E what part is incompatible with other parts, what part should never be used, etc.), so please excuse any ignorance on my part.

Processor: AMD Richland A4-4000 Dual Core 3.0GHz Radeon HD 7480D FM2 - Box

Processor cooler: Original AMD CPU Cooler

Motherboard/s: Asus AM1M-A AM1, DDR3 1600, PCI-E, VGA, DVI, HDMI

RAM: G.Skill 2x4GB DDR3 1600Mhz Ares Dual Channel CL9-9-9

Graphics card: Asus Radeon R7 250 1GB GDDR5 DVI VGA HDMI PCI-E

Hard disk: Western Digital Caviar Blue WD10EZEX 1TB Sata III

Samsung SH-224DB/BSBS DVD±RW x24 Black Sata

On-board 7.1 Channel Audio

On-board 10/100/1000

Power supply: Golden Tiger 450W Real, 12cm Fan 24pin

Antec NSK4100 ATX Black Case No PSU

I intend to use this for medium graphics levels on modern games, at least 35+ FPS.

So, any help?

There is a lot wrong with all of that. Why don't you just give your budget, what parts you may already own, and what country you are from.

Ah I see you listed your budget at $1000. Is that USD?

Do you need to buy windows and a monitor in that budget?

I already have a mouse, keyboard, and monitor, and I do need to get windows (The cost of windows is within the budget- I picked the parts for the PC online and it comes out at a total of 829 dollars). All I need is a new PC since my old one is woefully crap. And I consider mid-range something that can run War thunder on medium settings with at least 35+ or 40+ average FPS. And about what parts I own- the only parts I would consider keeping are my hard drives (I was planning on using an external hard drive to transfer from old PC to new). I don't know what my existing hard drives are named (where do I find this?). And also, I'm from Israel. I'm way too lazy and lack the knowledge to tell which parts will fit my PC and which won't or which parts I need, or which kinds of connections I need, etc. It's all too confusing, but I do know that my current PC is mostly outdated and old, so I want to get a whole new PC and transfer my old data from this one to the new one. Is this the wrong choice?

This is probably a lot better than you were expecting. You'll be playing most games on high settings at minimum.
