Need help with mobo posting issues !

Recently I have swapped my hard drive after a change from a corrupted one. Now, I am not able to post and it goes into a restart loop. I tried resetting cmos. None of that worked so far. I would appreciate any help! Along with resetting the cmos I tried booting without the gpu, the hard drive, optical drive, and I used only one stick of ram. I also tried switching the psu but same problem. I feel like this might be a mobo problem, I would love some help.

Sounds like the hard drive you replaced had your OS on it but another possibility is it is trying to boot from that hard drive.
