Google "port forwarding tutorial". There are many links and videos to be found.

For example:

https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-port-forward-4163829

Read and watch a few links until you reach a general understanding of what is involved and how it is done/configured.

Should make it easier to follow and understand the ZTE's User Manual.

And you can likewise change the search criteria and narrow the search to be even more specific if necessary.

First - another explanatory link regarding port forwarding:

https://setuprouter.com/what-is-port-forwarding/

Second - your device:

Does the following link match your device?

https://fccid.io/SRQ-WF821E/User-Manual/User-Manual-2986218

Images:

https://fccid.io/SRQ-WF821/External-Photos/External-photos-3367375.pdf

If you can access the router's admin screens to configure port forwarding then the device should be able to support doing so.

Did not note any screenshot.

And what connections are involved? For example:

ISP -- coax ---> Modem --- Ethernet cable --->[WAN]Router [LAN] ----->computer(s) and ~~~> wireless devices

Edit the above line diagram to include other routers and devices and their respective locations.
