Need help with monitors and my gpu

I have a gtx 1060 strixv6gb and I have a vga monitor and also a hdmi tv/monitor.

I have to buy a connector or I can play with the hdmi monitor?

And if I want to use my vga one which connector I have to use

Yes, you can play on HDMI no problem but to see anything on a VGA monitor you need an active adapter from DP or DVI ports.
