Need help with motherboard pin connection

I transferred the motherboard from a dell vostro 260s into a new case. I cannot remember the pin layout. The online manual doesn't help and I can't find the right combination. So far I have found out that the power leds go on the top with the hard drive right under it . Any help would be appreciated. Thank You for your time
