Im planning to buy i5 4460 and msi gtx 960 4G , already have psu 550W, 8 gb 1333mhz ram

There are so many affordable H87/97 options out there for Haswell that either of those two would be fine choices.

If you thought though that you may upgrade to an unlocked CPU someday (and want to overclock), then Z87/97 would be nice to have.
