Need help with motherboard

I purchased this prebuilt a while back

Now I'm looking to upgrade the CPU. So I purchased this board

Now when I tried to put the board in my case it didn't align with the screw holes which is weird because the mobo that came with the prebuilt is a micro atx and the one I bought is also one. Is it because the prebuilt was AMD mobo and the one I bought is intel?

Also I already returned the mobo so I am looking for a new one that supports the i6500. My budget for motherboard is anywhere under $60.
