Need help with motherboard

So I’ve been having troubles lately with my cpu not showing all cores. I have a intel core i5 3570k quad core processor and it will only recognize 3/4 cores. I’ve tried everything to fix the issue and even replacing the whole processor so I know that it’s not the cpu but it’s the motherboard. Is there any possible I could fix the motherboard instead of replacing it? I have an ASUS p8b75-v motherboard.

What is showing that you have 3 cores? Does it show up as the correct cpu model.

Everything! My bios, my task manager, ms config, and CPU-Z. Also, Yes it does show the correct model.
