I am starting a new build and would like to incorporate the following items:
i7 2600k
16GB Corsair Vengence Ram
GTX 560Ti Video Card
Corsair HX850 Power Supply
1 SSD
2 WD Caviar Black 1TB 7200

Considered Asus P8Z68 but not sure which model. Any other best recommendations on Mobo?

I'm guessing this build is for CAD and/or Video editing by the looks of it. What exactly is the primary uses for your build. We can't really help you without knowing that first.

Main primary use will be Video/Audio editing, rendering, animation. But also some light gaming as well.

Also you could get by with a 750w psu. Look at the XFX brand psu's. They are manufactured by Seasonic as are the upper tier Corsair psu's.
