I recently bought "Kingston HyperX Impact Black 16GB(2x8GB) 1600MHz DDR3" ram and laptop took a free breath after 3.5 years and i solved my ram bottleneck (was 8gb single channel before). I raised my cpu turbo clock from 3.5 to 3.7 and got another little boost also (%4-7).
But the problem is even my ram supports (auto adjusts) 1600MHz-2133MHz and i7-5700hq supports 1600-1866 MHz ram i cant exceed 1600MHz at all. Ram also auto adjusts voltage 1.35-1.5V while it set itself on 1.35V in first install seems like i cant manually overclock my ram or nothing to do with ram. So my question is how can i raise my ram MHz? Did saw another topic about a guy who oc ram from 2400 to 2800MHz as it remains stable. How can i learn this black magic?

System specs:
i7-5700hq 3.5GHz (OC to 3.7)
Gtx 970m
16Gb 1600-2133MHz DDR3 (2x8)Ram
128Gb + 480Gb SSD
MSI GE 62 2QF

Do you have the option within BIOS to manually adjust/key in the frequency, timings and voltage of your rams? If not, then you're left to deal with the rams that are advertised. Meaning if you want more than 2133MHz on your rams, it should be that way out of the box.

Speaking of which, got a link to the ram you purchased? Why are you listing the ram like this:
16Gb 1600-2133MHz DDR3 (2x8)Ram
