What do you plan to use your computer for? The stock cooler should be just fine for most use cases.

I only see the Seagate 1TB 5400RPM on the list. Did you have another drive that you are planning to use? This hard drive too slow to be used as a boot drive. Also, I would recommend an SSD for best performance.

The 1070 TI has been on sale recently. You should be able to find one for under $400 with the lowest around the $350 range.

Good points on the storage, I missed the HDD being a 5400 RPM , change that for sure , too slow. I don't see a lot of builds with HDD's...Nice catch.
