Need help with my CPU

So I built a new computer recently and I have an AMD A4 7300 apu (no I don't have AMD CCC yet) and in Task manager my cpu says its only a one core but it states it's 2 is it because one core is for graphics?

Are all cores active on the BIOS? Can you screnshot your task manager plz?
