Need help with my custom built gaming pc

Reset it to get stuff off that the person I bought from had on it now it's not working. Before that it was working great and no issues someone please help me

So it's my boyfriends he just fell asleep he stood up really late and then was trying to fix it all day. Idk how he reset it but he's saying that he is completely locked out and can't do anything. I guess he is going to get a blank cd or usb hardrive and download a program that he needs to get in the computer off another computer. Basically he's supposed to have a disc for when this happens but he bought it off someone who built it their self. I don't know much about gaming computers I'm not tech savvy lol I just hope that's going to work for him because he can't reach the person he bought it from

Locked out? As in password locked out? If that is the case no one here can help you. If that isnt the case, you need to be more specific. The info you have given so far wont allow anyone to help you.

We need the exact issue, exact steps that were taken, any error messages, etc... Are you just trying to install a clean setup of Windows on it to get rid of the existing setup? Did the PC come with a valid license? Do you have a Windows disk to use for that license?

Sounds like you need to get whoever is actually working on the computer to post.
