Need help with my first 300$ PC build.

So I am looking to built my first PC, my budget around 250-300$ can someone help my or give some tips? Should I go for it, or I need to change something? Is my PC good for that price?
I am looking to buy:
*Gtx 770 2gb (80$) or r9 280x (80$)
*I7 2600 with Asus H61 M-K (100$) or AMD FX 8350 with Asus M5a97 (100$)
*8gb Ram OCZ AMD Back Edition Ready 4x2gb 1600 MHz (22$)
*1 TB Toshiba HDD 7200 rpm (30$)
*Corsair CX 600W, 80 Plus Bronze (40$)
*MANHATTAN840T Case (15$)

I assume they are from a classifieds?Try not to get the old corsair cx line.They have shoddy capacitors

Yes, I pick PC components from classifieds, I am on low budget(300$), so my PC is OK for that price? Also can zalman 600w psu run on my system?

go r9 280x 3GB (the amd gpu had grown older far better than its nvidia counterpart).

I7 2600 with Asus H61 M-K is not bad either.
