Need help with my first custom built pc

This is my first custom built PC and here are the components I think I'm gonna use:

I'm not much of a gamer but I do occasionally play games such as minecraft, tf2, half life, and counterstrike. However I mainly use my computer for photo editing using photoshop and a little bit of video editing using Sony Vegas. I do a little bit of coding on the side for a Intro to Computer and Software engineering class in HS. I want this computer to last a while!

I would get the I5 3570K processer its better than the I5 2500K and less
So get that one

If your into photo editing, video editing I think you might be skimping on 1 or your most important itoms. But editing is realy not my thing so ill pass you on to this:
1. You can certainly build your own computer. You can and should use our DIY articles as a guideline. Make sure you have adequate power supply (minimum 500 Watts, 750 Watts is better) and plenty of cooling and airflow inside the box. Click here for our DIY page with links to our most recent machines. Do you need a CPU cooler for your "K" Processor?If yes,I suggest the CM Hyper 212 Evo. Cheap and cool.
