Need help with my gaming setup

So I recently got a Cyberpowerpc GUA 250 for christmas, the specs are alright except for the graphics card. So I was going to upgrade from a GT 610 to a Sapphire R7-260x 2GB GDRR5. And I was wondering if everything would work good well together.
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Processor: 3.8GHz Quad-Core AMD FX-4300
Motherboard: AMD 760G
Memory: 8GB DDR3 SDRAM
Power supply: 500 Watt - AC 120/230 V (50/60 Hz)
EDIT: forgot to mention I play at 1920x1080

The new GPU should work, also using the "Display Driver Uninstaller" to clear the NVidia GPU driver. http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html And keep in the mind if during play the games and the PC shut down randomly, that means the problem may be from the PSU, because the psu is usually not that good in the pre-built pc.
