need help with my HDD connection.

i got W.D Black 1TB, [i got two of those, one is old, one is new]

so i connected my new hdd, with a 6gb sata 3 cable, but on the "intel rapid storage" its shows only 3gb.

my old hdd, is connected with a 6gb cable, and is shown as a 6gb hdd. [on the intel rapid storage].

my MB: Asus p9x79 LE
[i got another HDD w.d green 2tb and its 6gb too.]

what can/should i do?

Only two of the SATA ports on that motherboard model are SATA III (6GB/s).
The other four are only SATA II (3GB/s).

This is the configuration and specs of the six SATA ports:

2 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s), gray colour
4 x SATA 3Gb/s port(s), blue colour
