need help with the build....i have no willing to OC my parts.

1.what chipset of MOBO should i choose..since im not OCing..then z97 is not an option..i prefer the mobo with budget 100$ and durable
2.is my current build can play most graphic game..like bf4,crysis,etc with no prob?.
3.is my 1600mhz is the best i can get for my current cpu / mobo?
4.what case-type should i get...and combo for my PSU please..and the air circulating.

The H97M Pro4 is a fantastic board for the price, I would go with that. I recommend the XFX 550W, a tier 2 unit that is really cheap for the performance and quality it gives. 1600MHz RAM is just fine, there's not that much difference in RAM speed when you're not getting an APU. The Cooler Master N200 is a MicroATX case with great features, decent looks, great cable management and a good price. Here are the links to all of these:
