Need help with my i5 thats Overclocked

for some reason windows keeps crashing when im idle with my 4.0 ghz overclock with 1.140 volts but when i stress test on prime95 i can go for a long time without it crashing

i'm assuming you have no issues when the CPU on stock? What test are you running on P95? might be a ram issue.. try using Blend test its a mix of everything and see how that goes
