Hi, i was wondering if there would be any problems with my PC build

CPU: I7-6700k
CPU COOLER: Corsair H110i V2
GPU: ASUS GTX 1080 STRIX OC EDITION
CASE: NZXT H440 2015 edition
MOTHERBOARD: ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING/AURA
STORAGE: Samsung 950 Pro M.2 512GB
POWER SUPPLY: CORSAIR AX 860I
RAM: Corsair vengeance lpx (3000mhz)

I am concerned as this is quite a high end setup, however i heard that the NZXT H440 has bad airflow inside it, i am worried that the temperatures would be too high in the case. Should i get another case or will the Nzxt h440 2015 edition be fine? Also, will overclocking the CPU to a higher GHZ be fine as it would be hotter?
Also, I went to build this on pc part picker and it says "The motherboard M.2 slot #0 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6Gb/s port is disabled." can anyone explain what this means and what feature is disabled? Thank you for your help😀

I recommend against using an AiO watercooler. A high-end tower cooler will perform the same with less noise at half the price. Also, you probably don't need nearly that much power supply - it'll be overkill even with GTX 1080 SLI. Your rig, as configured, probably draws about 300w under torture testing.

Regarding the M.2 question, when you plug in your M.2 SSD, one of the SATA ports on your motherboard becomes disabled.
