I live in Serbia and I'm going to build my first PC.Everything in Serbia is expensive so I'm buying all the parts from the german site mindfactory.de
This is my build:
1. i5 7600K Kaby Lake
2. Gigabyte GTX 1060 Windforce OC 3GB
3. HyperX Fury 2x4 DDR4 2400 RAM
4. Z270 Gaming Pro Carbon
5. 1TB HDD from Toshiba
So these are my questions:
1. Is all this compatible?
2. Could you recommend a good cpu cooler up to 150$? Doesn't matter if it's a water or an air cooler.I plan to overclock my cpu.
3. Can you recommend a good psu up to 130$?
4. (Not that important) Do you know a good cheap black/red case with a window that I can put these components into?

Sorry if my english is bad.
Thanks in advance :)

Solution
The 7600k is not good value atm. You can get Ryzen around the same price, or wait for a month and get the more powerful Intel next gen chips around the same price.

Something like this would be good value and will last you longer than the 7600k. It also comes with a very good stock cooler...

Solution

for 130 dollars you can go for the supernova g2 series of psus. Super high quality! I think you'll be fine with 650w. For a case I'd recommend the p400s. Goes for around 120 bucks where I live which I find good. Compatibility wise you should be fine with what you have listed. Question: What cpu cooler are you going for ? if it's absolutely huge you might wanna check the ram dimensions so that it fits.
