Question Need help with my PC

Ok so i ran a Benchmark and i dont know why my Hrware is showing so slow...I think its good hardware...Better than what the benchmark says.....Is there anything i can do??? This is my Benchmark https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/17776924

Well.....It says its runnin kinda High but my CPU is water cooled...Is there a way to check to see if the water cooling is working properlly??? First time ive had a watercooled cpu...LOL

There should be some kind of software to monitor the cooler. What is it and what are your temps?

All i know of is a corsair water cooler....And i just checked temp again and its very high Speedfan says all 4 cores are like between 180 and 190 degrees F......But speedfan is not detecting the Wtaer cooling at all...And the fans are working on the radiator....Ok i just downloaded iCUE for my watercoller and its showing me my Pump is running at 0RPM......damn....
